" My name is Kelley and I happened to find Christina through a meet up thing for yoga for veterans. At the time I was going through some addiction issues plus PTSD . Her gentle practice and just all around caring about me and my issues really helped me a lot. I took private lessons from her at her house in New Orleans. The lessons were fun plus very relaxing. We would first start off with breathing exercises and then chant OM. Which is one of my favorite parts of the practice. Then Christina would pick a certain pose to work on for the session. She’s a very patient and caring teacher. No judgement just encouragement. Christina Andrini is a Godsend to the yoga community. I’d recommend her to anyone who was interested in the practice. "
