Yoga is the discovery of dismantling condition oppressive beliefs built on a foundation of systemic trauma, abuse, racism, and inequality that we have stored in our bodies subconsciously throughout our lives. Here we learn how to break these patterns, and shift our mindsets to create new outcomes for growth and restoration. We utilize yoga as a platform to cultivate our unique voice and stand up for those who are silently suffering by providing them the same opportunity to utilize yoga as a platform of creative expression and cultural collaboration to consciously educate our peers and to lead by living our highest truth.

"Cristina is my favorite yoga teacher, I've never felt more welcomed at a yoga class than at Jai Bhakti's classes. Whether I feel super motivated or a little down before class I always come out with a smile on my face, feeling energized, motivated, and relaxed. Cristina's teachings have helped me in so many ways, from improving my flexibility, posture and back pain to the way I look at difficulties that arise in my life. Thank you Cristina!! "
