When life gives you choices, choose better.
As a passionate leader, activist, and conscious yoga and wellness educator; I am dedicated to standing up for social justice, racial equity, accessible holistic and health care services to dismantle oppressive conditional and systemic patterns leading to chronic pain, mental illness, disease, and addiction in marginalized and impoverished communities.
I travel the world to study with exceptionally gifted yoga leaders, therapists, bodyworkers, Ayurvedic practitioners, and leading industry business innovators to develop alternative methods of alleviating chronic pain, stress, and conditional patterns stored in the body through yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic diets, spiritual and adaptive myofascial energetic practices to heal and rebalance our bodies from the inside out.
I refuse to accept that I cannot change or make change. I’m committed to being accountable for owning my truth, educating consciously, collaborating with other visionaries to be responsive not reactive, honoring yoga Sutra 1:1 ‘Atha Yoga Ashunasanam- Yoga begins Now.’
In 2017 I took my yoga into action. Founded 501(c)(3) Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation and developed JBFY 200 hour Online Adaptive school of yoga based in New Orleans, LA. I train and equip future leaders and yoga providers with the tools to stand up for social and racial inequities, overcome trauma, mental illness, and addictive behaviors, through yoga and progressive alternative holistic wellness practices including online courses, continuing education, global yoga and cultural retreats to inspire conscious social change and better life choices.

Lisa decided she wanted to take her destiny into her own hands, like her mentor H & R Bloch, or Jackson Hewitt's founders did...keep in mind, the very institutions we love in America started out as some person or people fielding a dream...she figured she could dream, as well.
She currently has an organic referral business in industries such as: Construction, Transportation, Full Service Restaurants, Men’s Bespoke and Ready to Wear, Real Estate, and Marketing. Lisa has now expanded to accept pro bono accounting services for a few non/not for profit, and governmental entities to include Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation
Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation is actively expanding its Board of Directors and Advisorsy Board to include professionals from a variety of backgrounds. We are seeking a real commitment of time and energy to help us move to the next phase in our development. All board members will be asked to assist in development and fundraising to a certain extent.

"3 years ago, I was in the deepest depression of my life with the help of this foundation I overcame a suicide attempt and the fear of being alone. It's a constant fight every day for me but with the help of Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation each day is a gift from the Divine. Thank you. And a Special thanks to Christina Andrini for her love and support. PLEASE don't just tell someone depressed or suicidal to reach out, reach out to them! Reach out to me and as a member on this foundation I will do all I can to reach out to all. Much love!"
