Our Vision

The Future of Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation

With the help of Sponsors, Donors, and Large Contributions, our ultimate goal, is to open a Yoga Kula Shala (aka community center) that will enrich the lives of the people we are passionate to support by making yoga accessible to them via a 100% donation based facility supported by volunteers, donors, sponsors, and contributions from a variety of resources.

Some are minorities with language barriers that are intimidated to come to a yoga class and have felt out of place.  Our goal through Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation, is to offer an inviting and welcoming environment where they feel equal to their peers regardless of their background, or “class”.
Over time, our mission for our community center will expand to include:
  • hosting monthly health and wellness events for our homeless and providing them with wellness kits, education, and support
  • classes for our various minority groups in spanish and french
  • childcare /kids yoga center to provide some time for parents to do their daily practice with peace of mind
  • FREE classes daily for First responders, veterans, disabled, elderly, their family and care givers
  • a scholarship fund for our Youth and Young Adults (18-30yrs) that qualify for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program Registered with Yoga Alliance
  • trainings and workshops for continuing education registered with Yoga Alliance
  • 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Program registered with Yoga Alliance
  • yoga mission retreats locally and globally outreaching to enrich the lives of others living in poverty to provide encouragement through yoga on and off the mat
  • community events to support our local businesses
  • a space for new teachers to grow their business while supporting the mission of JBYF
